After posting a resume multiple times I was finally called for a phone interview, after that I moved up to the first interview with the community manager and customer service supervisor. After passing that I moved up to an interview with the general manager and a customer service supervisor.

I was really excited to apply for this opportunity after having very little experience initially. I did two rounds of interviews and then I was hired, and given a very warm welcome but after being on site for two weeks, I was entirely on my own and it pretty much went downhill from there.

The interview process takes a while if you are an external candidate. I first applied in Marc 2022 and then I had my interview in June 2022 and didn't hear back until August, then started at the end of August.

Pretty standard interview process. interview was with the on-site property manager for the community. They asked the general questions about experience, goals, etc. very straight forward. After the formal interview, the assistant manager took me on a quick tour of the community and I then was asked to give a mock to the property manager, as if I were touring a real potential customer which was really fun! I received a formal offer a couple of days later and accepted.
