It was a very lengthy process. It took me almost over a month to get hired and the background check was a lengthy process too. I interviewed with at least 6 people and then I finally got a job offer. The questions and tests were easy but the process itself takes some time. At least for me it did since the entire IT team is not in the same location.

Submitted application online with resume and cover letter. HR contacted me via e-mail to set up a brief phone interview, followed by a more position specific interview with HR. A member of the IS team then contacted me for a very detailed interview with technical questions. Last there was a face to face interview with a senior manager and department VP. The process was extensive, detailed, and one of the most professional hiring experiences I have had.
