it was almost 4 months long interview process and after that when they issues offer letter they expected to get it signed immediately and the HR was so unprofessional , the way they talk. If i would have know about this earlier would have never wasted my time.

Virtual interview with the recruiter. Goes through questions like "walk me through your resume, why do you think you would be best suited for this role" etc. Then you have to take a behavioral & cognitive assessment before scheduling an interview with hiring manager.

1 panel interview which asks for a quick deck presentation asking to answer "Why me" and "Why Avalara" with cold calling. Very smooth process and apt. decision making. The interviewers are matured professionals
