The process felt very natural and simple. I had two interviews, one was a phone screen, the other one in person. In both, we basically talked about my previous work experience and how I'd fit in Auvik. All the interviewers were incredibly nice and polite and the place seems like an amazing place to work. The offer was excellent (above my current salary and way above industry average). I ended up not accepting it for personal reasons not related with my experience there or what I was offered. Definitely recommended. Specially if you have a hard time with whiteboard interviews (there's none!)
