I was called for an Interview by the branch manager who asked me about what I've been doing and why I was interested in getting into digital advertising. The interview was done well. Questions were meaningful and straightforward. I was asked to write on a topic where I was given ten minutes. I was told I would be informed if I would be hired or not.

A copy test was taken post which an interview was scheduled. In the interview, my portfolio was discussed in details. There was also a general conversation about advertising in general and where I'd see myself a few years down the line.
