I remember seven (7) separate interviews. The first two were phone interviews. The third and fourth were panel interviews with the Executive Pastor, HR, and Controller. I received financial information, and I was expected to give a presentation on my findings in the next interview. Next, I interviewed with the head of the finance committee. After, I interviewed with the lead pastor. Finally, I had a final phone interview with the Executive Pastor.
