J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autopilot HQ (Sydney)
Entretien
It was through an agent. The first round was on-site and mainly talking about my motivation and past experience especially with Golang. The interviewers were fairly nice and professional.
Then I was asked to do a coding homework which could take a couple of hours to a couple of days depending on how production-ready you want it to be. They came back to me really quickly(about two hours which is amazing) after I submitted the work.
The third round is a video interview with the CTO. He was late for the meeting so I had to keep trying joining the hangouts again and again . The interview started five minutes later than the scheduled time and he seemed to be unhappy and not interested. The questions were again about my experience and expectations, nothing really technical. It went for about half an hour.
They failed me on the third round for experience and expectation.
Suggestion to the company:
Fail your candidates fast. If the experience or expectation doesn't match fail him/her in the first round so no one needs to waste time doing the coding test homework.
