Literally do not even entertain an interview with this company. If you somehow get a job, be prepared to work on a knifes edge because you may or may not be let go. So many people were let go weeks into the job because it “wasn’t a good fit”. The founder is incredibly arrogant and doesn’t negotiate. He flat out says that he “cannot compete with salaries in other industries” while also refusing to give equity to founding members. Don’t know how this place is still alive.
