The entire process is text only - there are no video calls or phone calls. It's all very automated. There's also a long list of busywork tasks to do, and after completing them the secret criteria for each one is revealed along with whether you failed that task.

Entretien
1. Text-based interview and some questions related to your tech knowledge and it went easy 2. Invited to Slack channel to manage the async interview process 3. Code Test which was adding a new feature to the WP-CLI tool, was a big task, and I did it with all passed test cases and all requirements. then I raised PR with the details. 4. I got a rejection due to less information in PR :) and Technical Issue, Although the reviewer mentioned that I did a lot of points that were done well
