"Treating people like garbage might be part of their mission". I wanted to share candid feedback regarding my interview experiences with your organization. Unfortunately, both instances have left a very negative impression. In both cases, the technical rounds went well, and I even completed the coding round successfully. However, the post-interview communication has been highly unprofessional. After the interviews, I received no update whatsoever. I had to follow up multiple times with the HR representative handling the role, but received no response. In the second instance, I at least received a generic rejection email. I then reached out—three times—asking for basic feedback. Again, no reply. A simple acknowledgment like "we cannot share feedback" would have sufficed, but even that courtesy was not extended. It’s disappointing to see candidates being treated with such disregard. From my experience, it genuinely feels like treating candidates poorly might be a part of the culture. This is unacceptable. I hope you take this seriously and reflect on how candidate interactions are handled. A lack of respect and communication from HR is not just unprofessional—it’s damaging to the company’s reputation.
