Lots of calls, meat people, did not have to take a test. Met people who were in the department. Had to go to San Rafael for final interview. Lots of calls.

Round of 5 interviews with various eng leaders, in the end I was ghosted by the recruiter after completing a full round. Left a negative feeling given the time investment.

Entretien
There were five rounds of interviews: Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager, peer (director), director reports (managers), and indirect reports (individual contributors). The first three were largely behavioural. The last two touched on some technical topics.

Met with team I would be managing as well as many other senior members of staff. Also went through assessment conducted by the firm of PDI. The interview wasn't very organized as each person/group ended up asking the same questions. I think they're getting better at this, though. The PDI assessment was stressful.

Interview questions centered mostly around what I've done and how I work with people and teams. The PDI assessment was an all day session where I was given various mock situations and tests and had to respond accordingly. Stressful.
