J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (Novi, MI) en juil. 2015
Entretien
There was a phone interview, followed by an onsite interview. The phone interview asked some basic "about me" questions as well as asked for some basic computer science knowledge (what is a linked list, hash table, etc.). The onsite interview was half a day with different members of the team and covered more advanced topics, including explaining some design patterns and very specific problems to solve.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What was a class you struggled with in school and why?
3 rounds, not that stressful, love the environment. more like to chat. And maybe it would be better to prepare some tech questions, it sould be really helpful. But the tech comes until the second, and third round is more like behavior questions.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk en avr. 2026
Entretien
I first had a call with the recruiter to discuss the role, my background, and my experience. After that, I was invited to Round 1 with the manager.
The interview was mostly behavioral and focused heavily on teamwork, collaboration, and communication-related topics. Toward the end, there were also a few technical questions covering C++, DSA fundamentals, and other stuff related to the role.
Overall, the process felt professional and respectful. The manager was kind, approachable, and treated me with respect throughout the interview.
The interview lasted for 2 hours and they asked me to design a full stack web application using react and node.js, including coding and api design.
You need to write both frontend and backend code.
