There was totally 5 rounds :
1. Architect
2. Project Manager
3. Senior Project Manager
4. Director
5. Team Fit (Bunch of Senior Softward Engineers will decide if you are ok to be their manager)

Question 1
The tech round was more towards AWS
Managerial Round was bit tricky
The problem starts with HR. They have lousy, pathetic HR's. Ever after each round going excellently well i was not getting proper updates, it used to be after 5 days that HR mails interview went well and will schedule for next round.
The schedule never used to reach for next 1 week.
I understand there are many ppl involved in interview but if you are not serious in hiring the candidates dont waste their time.
After the team fit round HR took a couple of weeks to inform me that i was not through the interview and appreciated me for my patience.
Guys atleast have a basic courtesy on informing what did i lack, Till team fit every one loved me and after team fit i was just upright rejected.
8 hours of interview and there was literally no learning apart from knowing it wasnt a company which values candidates and their time.

Recruiter was very unprofessional. Came too late and then asked me to rescheduling and I was really surprised how unprofessional he behaved. How must be the company be when even the interview was unprofessional
I interviewed with them for about two months, from HR screening up to panel interview after a time-intensive assignment. ( which does not take 3-4 hours as they suggest, unless you were already very familiar with the AEC industry and their competitors )
During the final review, I was told the team 'moves fast' once they find a fit and to expect an answer within days.
Unfortunately, my follow-ups after one and two weeks were ignored. I eventually received a generic rejection email. When I requested specific feedback—given the two-month time investment and the assignment I had completed—my request was ignored.
While the team seemed nice during the interviews, the lack of transparency and respect for a candidate's time at the finish line was very disappointing.

Entretien
First, you complete a screening interview with the talent acquisition lead over a video call, who is recording the meeting. After, if they find your skills and experience align with the job description, the transcript of the meeting is sent over to the hiring manager for consideration.
