The interview process started without a phone screening. The first round was a LeetCode-style coding interview. For a Controls Engineer role, they tested fundamental graph search algorithms such as DFS and BFS. The problem itself wasn’t too difficult, but I couldn’t finish it within the time limit, so I didn’t move forward in the process.
