I had a pleasant experience interviewing with AutoUncle. It consisted of 5 stages across a span of about 15 days. The stages were: 1). An introductory chat with the recruiter. She gave an excellent overview about the role, what was expected in the role and what the company culture is like. I was really impressed with the level of detail she went into. It was also an opportunity to learn about me and my experience. 2). For this stage, I had a call with a PM. We learned a bit more about each other, the company, our ways of working and how my experience is relevant to the role. 3). For this stage I had a whiteboard task, I'll write more details on this below. It was also great to meet another Product Designer and learn about her experience and views. 4). For this stage, I had the opportunity to meet the co-founder. It was a casual call that gave both of us the opportunity to get to know each other and ask any general questions regarding experience/role. It was great to learn more about the company and where it is going. 5). The final stage! I was able to meet the team. It was really nice to meet them and hear everyone's perspectives on their role and what it's like to work at AutoUncle. Overall, this was a great interview experience. AutoUncle moved fast, was very informative and respectful throughout the entire process. I got a real sense for how nice the culture is there.

I had a brief interview with Christine, who told me about the company culture and answered my questions about the role. I didn't move forward in the process but I got some feedback on how I did and she was really kind and respectful throughout the process.
