I submitted an application for a role more than 3 months ago and only just heard back on it. I didn’t get the role, fine, but truthfully it’s been over a 1/4 of the year, you cannot take that long to get back to people. Clearly this company doesn’t care enough to provide adequate communication, probably a blessing to dodge this place.
