The entire interview took about two hours. Initially, I met with the department head for about thirty minutes. She talked to me about the company as well as what the position would look like. After that, I was taken on a tour of the entire building. Finally, I sat down with a group of three employees for a more traditional interview that lasted about an hour.

I applied, got an interview about 2-3 weeks later. Interview was with 2 different groups. Very straight forward questions. Received a background check request and was made an offer after it cleared.
