Round 1 - Recruiter interview (Tell me about yourself, then she scheduled the technical interview)
Round 2 - Technical interview (45 minutes)
Round 3 - 1 personality assessment(10-15 questions) and 4 computer bases assessments out of which 3 were personality(50 questions, 190 questions, 50 questions) and 1 accounting test (10 questions)
Remember to get your calculator from front desk or HR because no one will tell you that you can use a calculator. Once you click the assessment you will see it is timed and see the instructiion you can use a calculator. If you go n ask them then your time will be wasted.
Though after getting rejected made me feel like I wasted 2 weeks of time unnecessarily, I feel the recruiter and the Director of IT to whom I interviewd with were good. The recruiter replied all my emails promptly including my rejection :D
If you are very serious and want a job quick, keep auto-chlor appointment as late as possible. This company is not looking for technically sound candidate for their IT team. If you are lucky, you will pass the personality tests. I was in their office for almost 4 hours but when I went in, I was told i could finish the test in an hr or 2 depending upon how speed I read the questions because they never hired a software engineer before and the other staffs don't have to take all the 5 tests.
So be prepared people. Remember to get your calculator. All the best!!!
