Interview began with a skills test then a personality test, which only took about 15 minutes total. After tests were completed 1:1 interview with Regional Manager. Interview consisted of Regional Manager talking about the position, no interview questions really ever were asked. Interview ended with an invite for a ride along. Let me back up a little. I applied for the position several months back through an online posting and recieved a phone call the very next day from the Regional Manager to go over my resume and discuss the position responsibilities. The phone interview ended with the Regional Manager stating that I should expect a call to schedule an in person interview...the call never came....so I called the office to try to schedule the interview...was asked to call back the following day...called back the following day and was told that interviews were on hold as Regional Manager was having to travel unexpectedly, I could expect a call when Regional Manager returned...call never came, again. Needless to say I pulled back and wondered why the run around? After several weeks I noticed the position was relisted...I gave it another shot and received an e-mail from Human Resource Department...in person interview was scheduled for the next day.

Totally the worst interview I've ever had! While I was looking forward to the interview but from the moment I stepped into the office I felt very uncomfortable and most of the people seemed very unhappy especially mike who gave me a couple of Strange looks plus he had to leave couple of times during the interview which has never happened to me . I am glad they turned me down.
