Entretien
It started with a 15-minute interview that allowed me to express why I was interested in the role. I set up a 45-minute interview through this one. The second interview was more in-depth and allowed me to introduce myself and what I could bring to the company. Overall, the interviewers were incredibly kind and understanding of the fact that I am a college student, and provided a comfortable environment during the process.

Entretien
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.

I was asked about my previous experience with children and why I would enjoy the field. The one on one was about 40 minutes long.

It was super Easy quick, fun, engaging. Was a phone call and then a video interview. Everything went smoothly and it was enjoyable. Looking forward to working with the company.
