The company has very close ties with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. I was studying there and was working with them for a semester as an intern. After my internship they approached me with a possibility to become a full time Softwer Engineer at the company. We agreed on the salary and stuff and I become a full time worker, there was no specific technical or HR interview, they got to know me during my internship.

Almost everybody who ends up in this company is from one of the faculties held by the companies managers, whose are working at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics in BME. If you do good in these courses, you can end up with a part time job offer, which later can be turned to a proper full time occupation.
