First I was sent a task which required reading a brief, albeit a vague one, then creating a proposal. It was a multi-stage research project in a lot of different markets. It was very time consuming to do the task.

None - bad feedback culture as the company were so rude and never sent a response, even though I had spent significant time on the task; over 14 A4 pages and never received any feedback or acknowledgement.
