Two rounds of interviews, one with two members of the policy team where there was an open role and another with a director. A skills assessment was sent to be completed after the second interview and consisted of three deliverables: the creation of a spreadsheet, the creation of a 6-8 slide Powerpoint, and copy editing and formatting a formal letter. The company never followed up after the submission of these materials.

Initial 30 minute Zoom interview with 3 people from the company, they were warm and nice. I didn't make it past the first round and heard from them ~3 weeks later that the position had been filled.

Entretien
There was 2 interviews and an skills assessment. 2 interviews with 2 sets of team members (usually Director/Deputy Director/Managing Principal). After those 2 interviews, the last one was an assessment (asked you to make a PowerPoint presentation based on an journal article, editing a 1 page document to fix errors, and placing data into Excel file to figure out the totals).
The interview process was about 3 weeks. After checking my references, I was told that I received the job.
