I talked with a hype recruiter, he was cool Then I talked with the hiring manager who decided the beat way to get to know me was to mess with my head to see how I'd react. That worked poorly because I immediately dissociated. Then I had a technical interview which seemed to go alright. Then I talked to the team I'd be working with. They didn't seem very prepared for the interview or to have a clear idea of what they were looking for. They seemed kinda frazzled and overwhelmed.
