To begin there is a first round interview in which the ICL owner has anyone of her employees who know the general idea of the script find main points that interest the person interviewing. Then you go through a second round in which anyone who's been with the business for longer than two weeks interviews the person and makes the job look very good based on what interested the person being interviewed most. This then ends with a third round where the final decision is made.
