Wasn’t really an interview. They gave us a script and basically you just had to read it. The manager was upfront and told us that we’d just be making minimum for 6mos so we better have savings

Interview with floor managers, work ethic experience and background in the business. Second interview with openers manager. Final interview with the CEO whom basically determines a fit. There after I was given an offer according to my experience.
