There were 3 interviews with multiple people. They like to get multiple people's views, in multiple settings. They didn't use behavioral interview questions in mine, though I do know that they use them for some roles. I met with the CEO, 2 directors, and a manager during a span of three interviews. They want someone who will fit in well with the team as well as have the expertise they are looking for.
