      The entire process took 3 weeks and included 5 interviews. Hr of the company contacted me via LinkedIn and we scheduled a screening interview. After positive discussion I was assigned a technical task to assess my skills. This was followed by a technical interview where I had the opportunity to present my solution and explain my thought process. Next, I interviewed with the CEO, CPO, and Team Lead. These conversations focused on my vision for contributing to the team and how I aligned with the company’s values. After this final round, I received a job offer.

      AVOID THIS COMAPNY AT ALL COSTS! The CEOs behavior is exactly what is described in the negative reviews here. Interviewed here in mid-March and would not recommend the process. It started well: I spoke with the Head of Operations and the Head of R&D, then completed a week-long take-home. After that, I had another interview that was cut short midway. I was told we would continue later that evening and asked to leave my phone number in the chat, but I never heard back. There was then a gap of several days before anyone followed up, and after that another long period of silence until I had to reach out myself for clarity. When I finally spoke with the CEO, the conversation was disappointing. The tone was condescending, and I was criticized for not revisiting a product playground they had given me access to weeks earlier, even though that had never been presented as if I don't have other things to do and the only thing I need to thing about is this company and this process. The discussion gave me the impression that the company expects candidates to organize themselves entirely around the company’s timeline while offering very little clarity or respect in return. My main issue was not rejection risk or a demanding bar. It was the lack of communication, poor process management, and the attitude shown late in the process after a significant investment of time, including a substantial take-home. If you interview here, be prepared for weak communication, delays, and a process that may become disrespectful after you have already invested heavily. If you respect yourself, you might just want to avoid it.
