Contacted by external recruiter offered me this position, I agreed. After a week I scheduled initial interview which aims to "check you are normal" (thats what she said). Basically its regular questions about my experience and information about the company. I was told I will get next phase decision "very soon". After 10 days I got rejection mail. Questionable company with strange culture. Totally waste of time.
