I had the most horrible experience interviewing with this company. So It goes like this: 1- recruiter contacts me on LinkedIn. 2- book a meeting for screening. 3- pass that 4- technical meeting with team lead 5-pass that 6- technical meeting with technical director 7-pass that 8- meeting with co-founder and CPO 9- pass that 10- meeting with CEO Ohad. 11-I shut down the meeting in his face. Imagine after passing all these interviews I had to literally shut the meeting in this guy's face. this guy knows nothing about respect. he started talking down to me, telling me how my past experience is nothing, that the companies I worked at are a failure, that I mislead them with my experience, and that working at this company would be like my first real-life job. Imagine hearing that for literally no reason from a non-technical guy who knows nothing about my skills and has absolutely nothing to do with evaluating my experience and skills. I felt so offended and told him that you reached out to me, I didn't come to you, and If you don't like my experience, why would you invite me for an interview? what I really don't understand is why this guy had to tell me that at all ? I've no problem if he just doesn't like me for no reason, but why would you tell me these very harsh words? you don't like me? don't hire me, very easy. That was the most horrible experience I've ever had interviewing.
