A simple screening interview: a short story about this company; what are they doing and why did they need a retoucher; then asking to complete a test task. Strongly demanded to send them the original layered PSD files (although I never do that, but I did now; and absolutely in vain! These are cheaters and content collectors looking who will prepare content for them for free!). I recommend not to get involved with this company.
