The company up an initial call/interview - nobody attended the call.. I emailed following up / alerting the person I was scheduled to talk to and there was no response to that either. Situations can change but not updating me before the call, or contacting me after the scheduled call (to explain why it was missed/nobody joined) is just a terrible way of doing things.
