After two interviews filled with some fairly basic questions, I was told that I’d hear back from them by the end of the week. Instead, they decided to ghost their applicant—in the middle of a pandemic and economic crisis. It’s been five weeks, and they never reached back out. I took a job elsewhere. They also ask applicants to take a personality assessment, which is just bizarre.
