Contacted after applying online. Had a very informal phone interview "let's chat". Was assigned two "tests" via email. The interview itself was quite ridiculous, and so was the additional tests on personality and aptitude. The tests were timed and I had no prior warning about the tests or that it was timed. Then the hiring manager said she'd contact me with results. Never heard back.
