Interview questions were very typical. The employees were kind and transparent with their responses. However, you could tell at least one was holding back from saying what they really wanted to say.

This was the most drawn-out, long, and ultimately dissapointing interview I've ever had!
I had an intial phone interview that was about 30 min, followed by a Zoom interview with a SVP, made it to the next rounds which involved 3 other Zoom interviews at an hour each! Made it to the next round which was a marketing "test project", that took two days to produce. They liked my project and moved me to the "next rounds" which were 3 in person interviews at and hour each! Then they told me I'd hear form them... two weeks later I got a call from the recruiter asking if I'd do one more interview. So I did another Zoom interview. They then asked for my references WHICH THEY CALLED!! So after NINE interviews, a test project, and them calling my references... they told me they decided to "go with anohter candidate!" Who calls references and puts people through nine hours of interviews and not offer a position! This shows an utter lack of direction and respect for candidates. HARD PASS!

First I did a call with the recruiter, then I did a second round call with the hiring manager. I did not get past the second round so I'm not sure what the rounds after that are.
