Completed 1 interview, hired immediately, relatively easy to answer questions. Met with manager, then another employee who spoke spanish to test ability to speak, read, and write spanish. Started job in the following two weeks.

There was a typing test to confirm your typing speed and your accuracy with transcribed data. There was also a mock customer service phone session which was recorded to see how well you could read from a script and assist a customer with inquiries via phone.

Phone interview and a face-to-face interview was conducted. The interview at the office was very just like the other companies. The hiring manager was very friendly and asked for previous sales job experiences.
