recruiter followed by a manager then recruiter again, then i had to submit 2 promo ads as a challenge, then spoke with recruiter again and then she scheduled the final round of interviews -first with 2 managers, then 1 ops manager and finally the CEO. all were very kind except one who was seemingly apathetic. it was alot of back and forth with the recruiter but smooth process. i think the interviews went fantastic except one just bc they were asking me things that i would have no relevance too since I had no work experience in the field. in the end,the recruiter let me know they didnt want to proceed and when i followed up with asking for feedback, i was ghosted.
