You interview initially with the manager of the unit. It is then followed by a peer interview. The questions that they ask are similar. The guestions are mostly scenario questions. They want examples of when you dealt with a difficult patient. They will ask why you want to work for their organization. The manager was very nice and the hr department is very helpful. Even though I didn't accept the offer. They continued to look for other positions with a more suitable schedule.

Recruiter was timely and responsive to application put in. Interviewing was easy with a peer team and supervisor 1 on 1. Both interviews were 30 mins. They were personable and answered all questions.

Initial virtual interview for LCH 11 (peds hem/onc) with the floor manager lasted about 45 minutes. Easy interview, lots of information provided about the job. Then followed up with a shadow date to see the flow of the floor.

Easy virtual interview process, met hiring manager on teams and very basic questions about experience etc. After I was hired I then met the manager in person and went over pay etc.
