Was invited down for an in-person interview after 2 phone interviews. The interview lasted for 8 hours with approximately 10 different people from the department plus a data analysis exercise in Excel that lasted about 45 minutes. The interview followed the detailed schedule they provided to me and most people seemed prepared and professional. Waited for over one month for a response after the interview, but have never heard anything from anyone at the organization, which is fairly unprofessional in my opinion.
