apti and then business interveiw.they took a aptitude test and then told for buiseness interveiw..it was like an hr interveiw.There interveiw process is quite fast and good. smooth process and no hectic.

interview was very good. They focus on my communication skills. They give me a lot of information about Atos syntel company's cultural environment. they also gives a lot of knowledge about training procedure.

There was 3 rounds aptitude test, technical round, hr round. The technical round was little bit difficult they took round 45 minutes interview and in that they asked me scenario based questions
