Easy and smooth, no technical assessment exam. It is a two step process where the first interview is with a HR representative and then you will have one with your manager. Pretty solid and fluid process.

One HR specialist contacted to me and asked some general questions, after 2 weeks I had one technical interview about some overview technologies and after 3 weeks one more interview, also technical, it was many specific questions even are not related to my staff, but I was evaluated properly and overall both interviews were good and appropriate for me. As I know this is quite untypical cause one technical interview is enough and my position is not manager or architect, just technical staff
