The interview for ATOS was very straight forward. I sat with two interviewees, one who had currently held the position I applied for and another for primarily asking the questions. The interview was welcoming and they gave time to relax and think before you answered questions.
The questions were all competence based, which I had no problem answering as my academic experience covered a broad range of problems, success and achievement. Many of the questions looked to see how you dealt with problems or change, and how you could change the process of what you did in the future to achieve a better outcome.
There were some laughs and joking, which also helped remind you that these are just people, I know some interviewers can be cold and intimidating. The friendly environment didn't help me as much though as this was my first ever interview.
After the interview was finished we pleasantly said goodbye.
The after-process took a bit longer than expected, by about a week. However I was shortly emailed about the decision. I was given good constructive feedback on what I did well in the interview, which has helped my confidence with other interviews I had afterwards.
