I was called for a F2F round on a weekend. Was made to wait for 3 hours stating that the process is under way and will take some time. After 3 hours, I came to know that there was no process underway and the panel had not turned up for the process.

First I received a call from the HR person regarding the position. Then he sent an email with the date, time and details to join the meeting. Interview was over a MS Team meet.

Questions were mainly on the current role and how we managed the risks and compliance issues in the current role. There was also question regarding comfortable level of dealing with different geography teams.

phone screen, then interview with manager, then follow-up interview. Talked about challenges of the job, how soon hiring would take place, The manger talked about the environment, type of work done. Asked my if i had questions, was a pleasant process.
