Was a campus placement drive. There was an aptitude round followed by a technical and hr round. Aptitude was easy and was divided into 3 sections quant(25 qtns),logic(25qtns) and verbal(30qtns). Logic and verbal was relatively easy whereas quant was relatively tougher and overall on medium level. The main constraint is time. As the test is adaptive you can't go back to previous questions so you have to make a decision on each question whether you can solve it in a minute or no. Apart from that it was an easy test. All those who cleared the apti (around 40% of total candidates)were called for technical and hr interview on the next day. The aptitude results were out on the same day. The technical interview was easy just do java and dbms basics along with your projects. Be very mindful of what you put on your resume as they go through each and every point. The technical interview is also kind of a personality test so don't try to be over smart and admit if you don't know anything. The hr was just basic questions and questions about whether we were willing to relocate. Overall it was easy(they selected most of the people who had cleared the apti) but it may also depend upon your luck as a few of my friends got completely unexpected questions in the technical round. And a few were rejected even after having a very good interview and they did not give any reason for rejection.

Recruiter from Atos Polska reached to me and asked to feel the form on the very crooked website. Then she phoned me without any notice. She laughed at my Polish several times (I have an accent). She said that she will send my CV to the hiring manager and will keep me up do date. After 1 week I kindly asked is there any information. In a rude tone she answered that I have to wait more and will receive a letter with approval or rejection. After the month of waiting I decided to kindly ask for the follow up. She never responded

Very hard asked to solve 2 coding questions and basics of Dotnet and went upto 45 min, mainly focused on problem solving skill and accuracy you made to solve, so I can say interview went hard.
