Had a second interview with the VP of Design & Marketing as well as the Head of Marketing. Interview was standard. It's now 3 weeks later and I've heard absolutely nothing from the recruitment team. No 'unfortunately' email or anything, just classic complacence. Obviously I didn't get it, but it's just plain rude - having candidates spend time researching the company, its values, its videos, and the time spent in the interview process - only to totally ghost them. Will not be recommending or speaking positively about this company to any associates in the tech and edu world.
