OA 90 minute, those who solved 2+ got shortlisted. One was related to xor, one was dp, and one was greedy. Total 15 students were shortlisted out of which 5 got the offer.

Consists of 2 rounds one was technical (DSA) based and other was the managerial round.
LC Medium questions were asked in the technical round.
In HR round, STAR principles based questions on leadership teamwork,etc.

Entretien
I interviewed for the Summer 2025 Software Engineering Internship through the Atlassian Women in Tech program. The process was well-structured and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
Online Assessment (OA): Included 3 medium- hard leetcode DSA problems.
Technical Interview: Covered 1 DSA question with follow up (similar to LeetCode medium/hard).
Values & Management Round: Focused on Atlassian’s values, teamwork, and handling failures.
The interviewers were friendly and encouraging, making the experience smooth. Preparation in coding, problem-solving, and company values helped a lot.
