very organised and questions are related, very good experience in general.
please prepare a bit of algorithms, does not need to be difficult, but easy ones will be involved in your code testing.
1. Initial Karat interview - this step seems to be here just for initial filtration of candidates. For me it was like coding very simple tasks in very limited time.
2. Live coding - JS
3. Live coding - coding simple app
4. System design
Coordinating recruiter was very nice and helpful but I don't have a good opinion about the interview process. During live coding I completed all the required points of the task but was rejected.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (Mountain View, CA) en avr. 2019

One technical phone interview followed by an on-site with 3 rounds (1 cultural & 2 technical). The phone interview had 2 questions, the 2nd one was an improvisation on the first. I got a call for the on-site round.
"None of the interviewers were good English speakers and had a lot of trouble in their communication."
Culture round: The interviewer comes in, tells his name and starts the questions right away without introducing himself and what he does at the company. I'm not even paraphrasing this--one of the questions he asked was, "Have you ever screwed or screwed up a customer?", Really? This round was obnoxious and I got a feeling that Atlassian people think they have the best culture in the whole world--I'm sorry, apparently not.
JS round(interviewer & a shadow): Whiteboard discussion on building JS components.
Algorithm round(interviewer & a shadow): The interviewer was a junior engineer and the shadower was distracting quite a bit.
I like Atlassian as a company but this was one of my worst interview experiences & would not recommend!!!
