I applied online and completed a recruiter screen shortly thereafter. The recruiter discussion was standard about the company culture and general plans. I was then moved on to meet with the hiring manager. Shortly after my meeting with the hiring manager, I received an email that I was not moving forward.
It was a pleasant experience, the recruiter expedited process due to other interviews. Most diverse set of interviewers I have encountered. Everyone was friendly and nice and answered all my questions. Offer was competitive.
Talent Acquisition Partner reached out and invited me for a phone screen. Strung me along for 6 weeks. Within hours of filling out the Diversity survey, she cancelled my phone screen.
