There was an initial screening call and 2 technical interviews (1 hour each with different interviewers). The second technical interview was with a person who had a very strong accent and I was unable to understand every 3rd/4th word they said. I repeated what I thought was their question and tried to clarify what they were asking of me, but the interviewer seemed to get frustrated and assume that I didn't know what to do rather than the fact that I couldn't comprehend their instructions due to their accent. I found out the next morning that they were not proceeding with me. I personally feel it's unfair but that's how interviews at larger companies go. You never know who you'll get on the day and it can really affect your performance. Other than that, the interview questions and problem scenarios are very simple and straight forward. But trying to understand the second interviewer's instructions to modify the code in a certain way or solve their verbal instruction is difficult if I can't understand their accent.
