For this new graduate position, the interview process was straightforward and simple; felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. They didn't go with me, but they gave good feedback.

Interview cautiously, this was a huge waste of my time. Completed a phone screen, hiring manager interview, and portfolio presentation and portfolio interview which all went in my opinion and according to the recruiter. While waiting to hear about next steps, my recruiter was replaced. After several weeks I was told by the new recruiter that the team was going in a different direction even though my original recruiter had indicated I was an early and top candidate. Job was reposted a few weeks later.
